Staffs are good and friendly

The owner is not friendly, appears to be rude behaviour. We asked for small things which is available there but owner refused to provide. Even staff is afraid of owner.

"Very bad experience with staff"

Only The view and it was near to bus stop

The staff were very bad, he was scolding us so much for just keeping our luggage in hotel. Everything was broken in room the toilet seat and flush and washbasin Everything was broken. The room shown in pictures was so different from real room. There were snails 🐌 in washroom. So security and safety was there. Please choose wisely. The staff was very very bad. The bedsheet was dirty. Small small insects were there on bed. I would recommend to not trust online photos and video there is nothing as shown in pictures.
