The property doesn’t have fridges in the room, no air conditioning or fan and it was hot. People make noise even after hours, the cattle in the room was not working. There were no towels I had to go ask them for towels. The Tv WiFi was slow barely working. We were not given WiFi details and the Tv only played YouTube. The property has potential but it seems the owner doesn’t care.

Bed linen dirty especially pillow cases.Sliding door not stable keep on coming out of the rail.No bathroom mats when coming out of the shower gets slippery almost fell.Cold tap handle on the shower was not there,my kids almost burn with hot water as they could not open the cold tap to mix the water.Broken tv remote not working at all.One towel for 4 people and 1 chair for 4 of us in the room.We had to grab extra chairs in the main lounge.I would say our room was not prepared for us whereas we book earlier and paid a full amount before 23rd December.

Hot water, locking room

Dirty room, noise levels outside, the location is on the pathway of airplanes so it is noisy. The staff is not friendly.

The place was neat ,friendly staff,was not that far from shopping malls, etc and safe and secure

One of the rooms did smell like cigarette smoke when we arrived and while the stay maybe you should cater for non smokers. Room were hot should try to get airconditioning systems in the rooms

Just the lights

It was not good , we called to asked for a early check in & it was said okay you will just have to pay extra 100 but wen we got there no one knew about it The staff were not friendly at first The kitchen was super dirty Don't even talk about the bedding arg sis mind you we booked 2 rooms & then one room the red pillow smelled like arm pits & the other rooms bedding was dirty with yellow stains & brown stains There was no towels in our room nor toilet paper The tables in the rooms had scrab on it I wouldn't go back to this place & plus the location was bad

The swimming pool water was as green as grass. We came especially for the pool for the kids to enjoy but we couldn't even get in the water because it was too green
