The lady at the receptionists was friendly and swimming pool was clean

Bed had blood stains, kitchen was dirty, we booked 2 rooms for us and kids and the other one was outside so there was no way we could leave our kids and we would not even hear them crying, we only use 1 room, no air conditioner it was very hot mind you we were 4 in one bed

Everything, kitchen was never cleaned, our room didn't even have a bar fridge the main fridge didn't have space. The worst thing ever I was woken up around about 2am. to move my car forward to fit the 4th car, and there wasn't enough space for that. The guy didn't even apologize. The guest had to apologize. No towels in my room yhooo, chairs next to the pool, no legs, not even enough spoons in the kitchen, one knife for all 13 rooms Yhooooo hayi never shemmm
