The hotel was clean and had all the amenities. 10/10 for the shower.

The stay was comfortable overall, but several areas could be improved. The build quality of the property was lacking—we could clearly hear the guest above snoring, and the floorboards creaked with every step, which made it difficult to relax fully. The bed was overly soft and didn’t offer much support, affecting the quality of sleep. While everything functioned as expected and the space was clean, the decor felt tired and uninspired. We paid £75 for the night, which felt steep given the overall quality of the experience. Based on the comfort, finish, and noise levels, I would expect a more appropriate price to be around £50. With a few upgrades to soundproofing, furnishings, and decor, this could be a much more enjoyable and better-value stay.

Good value for money and property was good and safe parking 🅿️

Tea and coffee provided. Blinds and curtains to keep the room dark. Smart TV in room with wardrobe and desk. Private toilet and shower. Shared kitchen and fridge/freezer. Parking on drive.

Although clean in main areas there was dust in places. Toilet seat cover not necessary imo. Better pillows needed.

Joby was very kind and helpful from the start in giving me information, and came to sort out a problem on the spot. I give him the best rating The room was clean and sunny, the bed ok, the surroundings pleasant

.However the house is not at all soundproof and the noise of one or two people coming and going in the night woke me up both nights. My shower tap was too stiff for me to turn at first....

It was out of the town but a very relaxing nice area which I liked the bed was comfy the set up was decent also the price

Extremely small room, not the one shown on photos, I booked a double room but no space for even one person. Cleaness so so... Low quality linen on the bed. OK for one night.
