"Clean comfortable room in a quiet area, within a leisurely stroll to the rugby stadium and town"

A clean serviced room and a comfortable bed in a quiet residential with ample parking.

The room was a little warm on arrival due to the hot weather that day. (not the owners fault) There was a desk fan provided which helped ease the comfort levels.

Did not have breakfast, took own food and drink. Clean bathroom, good facilities in bathroom. Clean bedroom, good facilities in bedroom. Clean kitchen, good facilities in kitchen.

Noise from planes, noise from upstairs. Broken floorboards, smell from fridge/freezer, alarm was broken and maintenance had to fix it.

We chose this place becouse it was the nearest to see family.

Only one bedside table. The smell of fabric softner was very overpowering.
