"Halfway House Mansion."

Street parking

The owner Kartel/Cartel is very rude and refused to issue me a refund for this stay even though it’s in writing that a refund was suppose to be issued. Owner more concern with the bad reviews left instead of just refunding me my money like they stated in the messages. The house smells horrible. Random people walking around that don’t even have a room. People sleeping on the couches. Bad odor, dirty smelly linen, dirty restrooms. No toiletry items during the stay as if this is a halfway house.

Close to Jeffery to either drive or catch a bus to a Chicago hotspot check out navy pier & grab a bite to eat or go see a movie at ford city. If you need to order something be sure to inform the person on shift they will look out for you. Chicago is known for for its flip flop weather be sure to pack something if it get cold hence you ordering something.

It was nice no complaints.

"It’s a quite location you can trave from Jeffery to most Chicago hot spots if you’re driving, and it’s very close to bus"

Nice quiet location, full kitchen, several bedrooms bathrooms Staff is very friendly and helpful. Spacious back yard & Streets parking. Multiple television to watch or play whatever.

Nothing bad just here to help. Most stores close at nine, just here to inform you Dominoes will be open till 12pm so be sure to make an account and check out the menu for some deals. Or order off your apps.
