Tolle zentrale Unterkunft, sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer! Parkplatzmöglichkeit in der Nähe vorhanden! Kann am Abend etwas lauter sein, da Nähe Dom und McD im selben Gebäude!

Location was ok . Size. Was good

There were ants running around the whole property. Owner is harassing me to pay parking fee which I had never used

Very clean and nicely appointed in perfect location. Apartment is very secure and had everything we needed. Fridge had beverages and coffee pods were delicious. Host was super responsive with all our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Only drawback was that we are a family of four with two teenagers. We had one set of keys and you need to use them for all access points, including getting down the elevator and stairs. We took turns using the elevator with our bags as it is very small.

Super easy. Very clear instructions.

Fabulous location in the old town, 2 min walk to anything in Como. Apt had 2 full size bedrooms so great for 2 friends or 2 couples. Decor was lovely too.

Kettle didn’t work and the shower looks impressive but wasn’t actually very powerful.

10/10 for Location is very good and 2 minutes from como lake. However there’s no parking at property the host provided a parking space 8 minutes walking from property and you will have to walk your luggage all the way to the apartment. Sofa and towels have bad smell.

We were greeted by the host of the place and the keys were handed to us. The space had all necessary facilities required for a home stay. The host was responsive to any queries that we had regarding the stay. Beautiful location, very close to Lake Como with all amenities such as supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Como Duomo is very close to the property, so is the Volta museum.

The check out time could be extended to mid day as with most accommodation spaces. We were required to check out at 10am, with the option of paying additional for extra hours.
