Great location

Lori & I enjoyed everything about Guerino's fantastic modern apartment including his helpfulness - he met us on arrival & was only phone call away. The apartment itself is elevated on the 3rd floor wiith a secure lift and access. It is a mere 130m from the lake's edge and main Ferry Terminal for either the fast or slow ferry over Lago di Como to Bellagio - the centre point of the lake. The Booking.com photos are as it is - great. The weather was great & sunny at 3 to 13'C and not windy, so fresh but not really cold as such. Como had plenty of people around, heaps of shops and is very clean. It was not crowded though like in the summer & it had a fantastic Festive Xmas feel with all the lights and Xmas markets. It has been a dream for many years to come here & now fulfilled.Thanks Guerino - Buone Natale e Buone Festa.🙂😃😉😉👍👍👌👌

No concerns at all - and the shower was roomy & really good.

Cozy place near the center i lliked it .. also mr.Guérino he was so friendly 👌🏼

It's a little bit difficult to reach by car using Google map

Great location, great communication, very nice apartment.

The kitchen could be better equipped, but with all the restaurants just out the door you probably won’t use it anyways.

It’s clean but very bad service nd was no hot water and was no one there for any help the elevator didn’t work

It’s just clean but the rest very bad I’m not happy

Brilliant location, super helpful host, lovely unit.

Aircon and/or fans in the bedroom. We had to keep the bedroom doors open and put the living room aircon on full blast. Opening the windows was not an option given the plaza outside.

Excellently managed and the host was amazing as well as the location.
