Dimora San Nicola

L’appartamento è pulitissimo e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, si trova al centro storico di Locorotondo, il proprietario Giuseppe una persona gentilissima. Consigliamo a chiunque voglia visitare questa zona di soggiornare in questa struttura perché vi sentirete a casa :-)

Tutto perfetto, gentilezza del signor Giuseppe, persona squisita e disponibile.

Fondamentale prevedere nel futuro un fasciatoio pieghevole ed eventualmente delle strisce antiscivolo per le scale.

La struttura è a dir poco meravigliosa, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Dotata di tutti i comfort desiderati e molto superiore alle mie aspettative per questo viaggio. La cucina attrezzatissima, i bagni moderni, pulitissimi e molto ben organizzati. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dai padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto con molto calore e gentilezza. Situata in un punto strategico, nel pieno centro storico a a pochi passi dalla strada principale. Nei pressi della struttura è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

Abbiamo adorato tutto della struttura.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum der schönen Altstadt, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, die allerdings in Italien abends erst 19:30 Uhr öffnen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter des typischen Ferienhauses. Zwei sehr komfortable moderne Bäder, auf jeder Etage eins. Bequemes Bett in der oberen Etage des Hauses. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir waren Ende Oktober im Haus und die Heizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das war sehr angenehm.

Die Licht- und Wohnraumgestaltung in der Wohnküche könnte vielleicht etwas gemütlicher sein.

Is it really not possible to rate an apartment with more than 10!?  One of the nicest, if not the nicest, apartments I have booked through Booking. Just the right size for my wife and I, comfortable, extremely clean, with all the equipment one needs for a few days of vacation. Locorotondo and Dimora San Nikole were the ideal base for exploring Puglia and visiting Matera in Basilicata. I would not waste words on Giuseppe. He is friendly, responsive, always ready to help and give appropriate advice. I will definitely recommend Dimora San Nicola to anyone planning to visit Puglia in the future.

It was in the historical center, near to shops & restaurants. The owners were very helpful, even moving family cars around to save us a parking spot. Alessandro, their English speaking son, was very always available to help. It was beautifully redone, with a kitchen and 2 lovely bathroom

En Giuseppe, el propietari, és molt amable i ha estat atent en tot moment a les nostres necessitats. La casa està molt ben equipada i la situació és perfecte.

Alojamiento ubicado detras de la iglesia principal, y totalmente tranquilo sin ruidos en la calle. Los anfitriones excelentes y el equipamiento muy completo. Una restauración de una vivienda típica de la zona cuidada en todos los detalles, con las escaleras comunicando los distintos niveles Ampliamente recomendable alojarse en Locorotondo en Dimora San Nicola
