Dimora San Nicola

Guiseppe and Alejandro met us and helped with our luggage up the hill - - they were absolutely wonderful and gracious! A truly clean (spotless) apartment; well equipped with everything we needed and TWO wonderful bathrooms. Location was superb with the main square/cathedral a one minute walk away; several fantastic restaurants also within 3 minute walk. Dimora San Nicola was probably the nicest place we stayed in our entire 9 day road trip. Do not hesitate to rent this. (we are relatively experienced VRBO/personal apartment users). Again, THANKS to Guiseppe and Alejandro!!!

literally NOTHING could have been better!

Absolutely perfect place in Locorotondo, which is a perfect base for the Puglia region (as long as you have a car!). Storybook, picture-perfect town and the house in the ideal location yet also completely quiet. Even has two full, beautifully decorated bathrooms. Lots of character and beautifully done. Totally clean and comfy. Hosts excellent -- met us to park & guide us in. Absolutely the best place I've stayed in all of Italy and beyond. 100% recommend this. Don't hesitate!

Nothing bad to report, but be aware that parking is not right on site. You'll need to look for street or lot parking just outside the old town and walk in. We never had a problem, but then again, we were there in mid-spring. This might be a problem in high tourist season. Honestly, the only other suggestion for the owners is to have a little sugar and a small box of milk to go with the lovely tea/coffee selection they provided us (along with a welcome bottle of wine, a tarte, and lots of bottled water).

Very tastefully and comfortable furniturised house with really friendly owner. In the heart of Locorotondo. Nice wineyard in the neighborhood. Everything was just perfect!!

The property itself is very central and spacious. The bedroom and upstairs bathroom were large and the downstairs sofa bed was comfortable, and also had its own bathroom. We met the owners son's to hand over the keys, and they messaged us as soon as the property was ready which was really helpful. They even left us some local biscuits as a gift! If we are in Locorotondo again, we would certainly stay here.

This is a beautiful, very clean & comfortable property. The host was so thoughtful to have bottled water & a delicious local fruit tart for us on arrival. Very much appreciated. They were very prompt with any communication. The location is so convenient. It was absolutely lovely & would highly recommend staying there.
