Location and the house was properly cleaned

The mattress and the pillow were very uncomfortable

The apartment is in a brilliant location, we could walk to most things & it's close to the metro station.

Locating the apartment within the building, could have been challenging without the concierge. A couple of extra pillows would have been good.

Perfect location and everything you need for a comfortable stay in one place. The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from Praca di Commercio and many sights in the center of Lisbon. A metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, and many other forms of public transport stop at several locations that are also very close. A perfect location for visiting the city and enjoying its beauty. The street is very quiet, with several good restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for its area. It has a fully functional kitchen and everything you need to prepare meals. We found everything we needed from the dishes in the apartment and all the devices were functional. There is also a washing machine, which we did not expect because we somehow missed that information in the description of the apartment. The bathroom is of normal size and well equipped and tidy. The sleeping bed was very comfortable. Last, but not least, the accommodation is on the second floor, of which only one floor needs to be climbed by stairs where there is an elevator, which is rare in this part of Lisbon. Overall, full recommendations for this accommodation.

Location is excellent.

Communication not great, slow to respond. Wasn't sure when we'd get entry details for the apartment, tried calling the numbers provided to check, but just get re-directed to a chatbot which provides useless answers, then hangs up. For info, the details arrived something like 4-5 in the morning before we arrived in the afternoon.

We stayed in this apartment recently and really enjoyed the central location—it was perfect for getting around and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and made for a nice stay overall.

We did encounter a few silverfish (two on the floor and one on the kitchen counter), which was a bit unsettling. It didn’t majorly impact our stay, but it’s something to be aware of. With a bit of attention to pest control, this would be an ideal place to stay. Overall, it’s a great spot, just needs a little maintenance in that regard.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all attractions. Kitchen is very functional. Have everything for an easy meal. Washing machine is very nice to have since we stayed for 4 nights. We were able to do laundry in the apartment.

The stool chairs are too high for eating a meal comfortably. There is no washing machine instruction on site? Thanks to YouTube, we were able to figure out how to operate it. The towers were not changed during our 4 nights stay.
