It was hard to operate the front door as it was a little tricky

I didnt like how aggressive the host was about paying the city fee. why wasnt it already charged with booking.com, its frustrating as i had internet issue and the links were not loading. It gives us anxiety that they might cancel out booking and we would have to look last min. considering it was like 2% of the total price. 1) booking.com needs to do better so its all upfront. or 2) the host needs to be more accomodating.

Central location, close to everywhere.

Lift only on the first floor and mould under the shower. Also we heard from our neighbours that some of their valuables were stolen which was a bit disturbing for us.

We loved where is situated. Also good space, comfy bed and all amenities you need. Really quiet with windows shut. We didn’t need to use public transport to much because of the location.

A little bit more liquid soap and another toilet roll wouldn’t be bad. The only downsides

Location, washing machine and easy communication with the team I could relax without being disturbed, but the team was always available in case of any issues.

This location near the center of old town Lisbon was perfect. Windows to the narrow street were a bonus and the noise level was fine. The apartment was nice and very functional. We used the refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen. The bed was comfortable

We had requested an early check-in but when we arrived the room had not been cleaned. So we were unable to enter the apartment for an hour upon our arrival.

Location, location, location!

Could’ve used some more pillows.
