Everything about our stay was wonderful. We booked this accommodation as it opposite Kew Gardens and we had tickets for the Christmas lights trail. The trail was actually cancelled due to severe weather but we decided to keep our booking. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the tube station and on our way we passed a few restaurants and a gorgeous wine shop (the Good Wine Shop) where you can sit in and have a glass of wine (so much choice). Everywhere looked nice and Christmassy. The Maids of Honour was also beautifully decorated and the guest rooms are cosy- I especially recommend the king suite. I felt like I was in a lodge (as you see in Christmas films!) The next morning we had breakfast at the Maids of Honour, which was very festive inside too, and the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Check out was at 11am and we mooched in some shops before getting the tube back into central London prior to going home.

This is a real gem, superb.
