"A convenient stay in a good part of Kew with accessibility to trains to Richmond."

Convenient for Kew Gardens Station and Kew Park

The carpets throughout were well worn and created an unease regarding overall cleanliness of the property. The sink in our bathroom did not drain properly and this also gave rise for concerns about hygiene.

I had the 4 poster room (#5). It was big, comfortable, clean, well equipped and had an excellent shower. Really all I could’ve wanted for a last minute stay. And don’t forget you can have a hearty breakfast is available below in their world-renowned tea shop.

"a bit disappointing"

It was conveniently located and the possibility to have breakfast downstairs was really handy

It was quite loud all night long with the amount of road and early morning air traffic so you didn’t get much sleep
