Everything was amazing.

The oldest lady, short with dark hair, in the cafe downstairs wasn’t very friendly but younger girls were very nice.

It would be great if the tea rooms opened at 8am for breakfast rather than 9am

The fridge didn't work No air-conditioningso too hot during the summer The windows were open but too noisy due to constant flights into Heathrow
