Maids Guest Rooms

the location and all the available gadgets were useful and clean. the space was very generous. the easy details of accessing the property, staff availability, and an air of former times… and Kew gardens across the street, restaurants near by and the actual pub bellow- great food. a lovely jewel!

nothing with the property, really, but the airplanes are horror. have ear plugs. is also an area with high calcareous water content and this may make challenging the toilet scrubbing- but all quite clean. I winter i am not sure if one can dry the towels, or i have not fins a good option. pass the entry corridor- that is from 2 centuries ago… at least…

Noisy early in morning due to planes coming over and having to have window open as very warm in room

The helpful and very friendly staff

It was ideal position.

The room had a very damp smell even with the window open, it was not cleaned properly with used teabags in kettle, rubbish on floor. Due to smell we had the window open and it directly under the flight path so very noisy.

Convenient for our trip to kew

No free parking 24/7

Staff were excellent. The room was quaint, clean and with many period features that made it unique. Only issue was that it felt quite cold during the night. Otherwise we enjoyed it
