The hotel is less than a star by all rating standards. There are minimum lighting and many bulbs are broken. At night this hotel is frightening and does not feel safe at all. Same goes for the surrounding area and feels very shabby. The room is as described big, but filled with 3 beds in every room! There is no space! The furniture is overused and broken. Bathroom has stains and Mold. Absolutely filthy. Breakfast is a joke: 3 jams, few slices of cucumber and tomatoes. 1 hard boiled egg. Few pieces of cheese and bread. Few black and very soft olives and processes meat. Picture below for your appetite. Nothing hot besides tea and coffee which you can use dirty/ stained mugs to pour in. There were no towels or toilet paper until we asked. I have had my booking paid online but still the staff tried to make me pay. I showed them my booking status and Payment receipt from the bank but still was asked the same next morning. The staff even tried holding my passport till he confirmed, I refused and asked him to take pictures until he confirms. Very unprofessional! Experience is horrible here, I hope nobody gets ripped off here.

Horrible Rooms. The mattress is bent from overuse. There are 3 beds in the room, one king, and two single beds. As per the reception this is common to all rooms and they cannot provide me a room with only and king bed... The furniture is very old and cracked or broken. Sheets are dirty and were not able to replace them. Sanitary items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, ...etc are not provided. There are broken lights in the room.

Rooms are not bad but need a bit of TLC. Location is great, easy walking distance to beach and town and the pools nice.

The staff are ALL rude, unhelpful and, unlike any other place I've stayed in Turkey, mistrusting which is a laugh really when none of the staff at The Fidan can be trusted. More than once the whole set of master keys were left in people's rooms, items were stollen from at least 3 customers in the short time I was there and I was reliably informed this is a regular occurrence. Although all were reported management made np attempt to sort the problem, infact we were told that " it would be dealt with & those cleaners would not be used next year but as only 10 days left this season they wouldn't do anything about them" It is strongly believed by many people staying there that it's not so much the cleaners but more likely management that are responsible. The receptionist is one of the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever come across. If this hotel is the 1 used for anyone's 1st stay in Turkey it will make them leave with a very poor impression of the Turks and that really would be a shame because Turkey is a wonderful place & on the whole the Turks are the most lovely, friendly and trustworthy people I have ever met.

In my opinion, everything was fine, they were allowed to pay in cash, since Russian cards from abroad do not work, they settled earlier in the hotel. Breakfasts. Will be satisfactory very good location within walking distance to the center within walking distance of the beach. Well, about 10 minutes with an ant step. I liked everything, very friendly staff. Thank you very much, I will definitely recommend your hotel as a budget option for a good and quality holiday. Thanks a lot. Marina!

Location great for beach restaurants and bars.

Rooms need TLC but clean and comfortable paintwork good.
