Friendly staff, spacious and very good rooms, but they need some maintenance, for example, the balcony door does not close tightly, but in general the room is very good and comfortable, the breakfast is very good and varied in the hotel restaurant, also the location is good and quiet and not far from the city center, there is an elevator The hotel also has a good swimming pool

no tv as advertised, no fridge as advertised I had to ask waited 3 days for that , two days towels where taking from the room and I had to ask for them back , cleaners nice but the desk staff aren’t nice

excellent to place stay in a Heart of Mamaris. it’s very closed to beach and all sorts of restaurants and shopping facilities. Owner and staff are very helpful and there to help you help 24x7. Everyday room cleaning service. on site beautiful swimming pool kids loved it. Also you can best exchange rate at the hotel counter compare to money exchange to shops. initially we only wanted to stay for 4 nights but extended our stayed because of excellent hospitality. I will recommend the place to everyone want to have good time in affordable prices.

rooms Locks need to electronic the owner told me in is procced to change them

Every things are excellent except the things below

1.My room where last floor so rooms is extremly hot....you have to stay about one hour to cool the room . 2.There was a problem in bathroom door ..i couldn't close the door of bathroom 3. Bad curtain for my room it wasn't closed very will so your neighbor can see you inside 4. Curtain don't block the light out
