A good place if you want to relax during the day and participate in different activities in the evening. From Thursday to Sunday is best for activities. 4 members of the entire staff were friendly and nice. They are the only reason I don't give a lower score. The rest lack customer service training (some from Restaurant, and a member from the front desk).

It seems that breakfast included is not their norm. I would suggest providing a different color bracelet or something, because you almost feel like you have to beg for your breakfast when those are actually included in the first place. Very annoying. The cleaning was not the best. Not close to good. The sick had some weird spots that I would rather not describe. I had to ask to have it cleaned up. And I found a cockroach slowly walking near the bed. Not a good sign.

Nice pool and nightclub.

The loud music ended at 2am and the workers started making noise at 6am. They were very rude to me when I politely asked them to stop using the leafblowe directly below my room at 6am. They also charged me $25 to replace a $1 key that I lost. Not good customer service for a return customer.

Location and facilities

The place is beautiful and clean; however, the fact that locals have access to the place to party for half of the week makes it a nightmare to try to rest. I had an incident in which a woman who WAS NOT staying at the hotel, complained to me that my swimming was splashing her and her friends. I mean, she was in the pool and there is water. The place is too loud from Thursday night to Monday day morning (2:00 am). As a tourist who wants to rest after getting to know the country during the day, this is not the place to be.
