Büyükada Ece Suit

Good location, got a big and nice room. (I don't mind the droppings and bad smell from cats and dogs just outside the room, not a big deal in low season.)

Booked and paid a month before arrival. Just a few days before my stay I got a mail from this hotel saying my booking was cancelled, 'cause of renovation(!) Tried to contact thw hotel, no answer. Booking fixed the problem and said I could stay. No renovation going on, of course. When arriving the place was closed, no one to ask. At last got a phone number and a helpful guy running a shop made a phone call. I had to go to another place, and was met by a very unfriendly and angry (why?) man who took me back to my booked hotel and gave me the key. Been in Istanbul and Adalar a lot, but never met anything like this before. Kind of a scam, it seems and not good if you want to keep , some kind of, a decent reputation, I guess.

Девушка на респшн очень приветливая, вежливая, помогает по любым вопросам. Спасибо ей большое. Скинула ссылку и нашла гостиницу, почему то не смогла найти в начале, не поняла, то ли в гугл мап неверный адрес, то ли я неправильно ввела в поиске. Вода почему то была холодной, не смогла принять душ. Времени не было спросить, так как проживание было недолгое. Возможно решили бы эту проблему. Отель красиво украшен, приятный, чистый. Номер тоже был чистый. Место для завтраков превосходное. В общем 4/5. Жаловались насчет интернета видела в предыдущих отзывах. Я смогла подключиться только с VPN. В прочем во всем острове интернет работает только через него. Сами хозяива и жители острова тоже не в курсе этого.

location was perfect, and the host was amazing lady. But in general the island was nice that what we came for. The Garden also super beautiful

Simply bed want so comfortable, and some works werent the way i used to see for such a price, shower not that comfortable, kitchen with some technics that are not suitable for use.

A heartfelt thank you to the receptionist (I wish I had remembred her name!) for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped with every little detail, always with a smile. Her hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be coming back—and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you again!

All the bad reviews are fake news. 1. Fresh orange juice upon check in. 2. Cheap price of room. 3. Room looks exactly as in the photo. 4. In the city center yet in a quiet area. 5. 50 m from the beach 6. Clean 7. English speaking staff 8. Service is immediate 9. Newly renovated 10. Comfortable Bed

Location is great, quite beautiful neighbourhood, nice territory around the room, close to all the restaurants and cafes, next to the port

The property didn’t have the facilities which were shown on the picture, no fridge. Place looks completely different from what shown on the pictures, got the room where wifi signal wasn’t working, the room was very dirty and dusty
