USThe host is very nice. Very close to points of interest in Kochi. The bathroom and room were clean. Space to hang clothes on the roof.
The window to my bathroom lined up with the steps to the roof so when I went to hang clothes I could see the entire bathroom. The plastic shields that block the window were broken and sitting on the stairs so they know about the problem. She only accepts cash payments but doesn't keep change on the property to complete transactions so she kept extra money and didn't even mention that she was going to keep it. I noticed when I counted my change.

GBSheeba and her husband are super friendly and very helpful. This was my first time in India as a solo female traveler and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The location is great for wandering around the local area, shops, restaurants and more. Sheeba recommended places I might like to visit and also arranged transport for me. The breakfast Sheeba cooks is amazing and very delicious.

GBSheeba is so lovely and makes everyone feel right at home. The location is fantastic, close to tourist destinations but peaceful at the same time.

INFort Kochi is a place, where yo would want to spend some time and roam on the streets. So, this has got the perfact location - in the heart of the Fort area - Fishing nets were less than 5 min walk. Mrs. Sheeba is of very helpful nature and more importantly flexible in adjusting small things. They live on ground floor and have 3 rooms on first floor for homestay. I felt very safe environment for my wife, whenever I had to go out for work during our stay. Breakfast was good and was served with personal care. AC and hot water were available. Overall - Not a luxury but met the necessities.
Room size was a bit smaller but that wasn't problematic. Approx. 9x9 ft room was filled by 6x6 ft bed. Table was there. No TV, but wifi was there. Window was there but next house was very near, so we had to kept the curtains on. Attached bathroom was also relatively small but clean.
INThe host is very kind. Breakfast was delicious. She catered to our needs perfectly. Location is also very convenient for all tourist spots in Fort Kochi.
The listing shows 3 bedroom apartment but you only get the 1 room. You have to book the other rooms separately (not sure how though). We were surprised that we were only allotted 1 room where we expected 3.
