BELocation is great because it’s close to everything, but if you’re sensitive to light or noise, this might not be for you. It was clean, however it could’ve been cleaner and was a bit cluttered in the common area due to a family staying there (it was clean after they left). Sheeba, the host, does the best she can to keep the place clean. She’s the sweetest and provides some good Kerala breakfast accompanied with a little conversation. She has a warm heart. Basically, if all you’re looking for is a bed and a shower, it’s a no brainer thanks to the price.
INSheeba is warm and welcomes you into her home with an always present cheerful smile. Close to most of the major attractions in Fort Kochi area, can be easily covered by foot. Homestay was clean, neat and perfect for our family of 7 members who had the entire 1st floor to ourselves. Its complete value for money. Special mention to the wonderful, tasty yet simple breakfast that was to the liking of the old and the young in the family.
Not much. If i have to nitpick then probably a kitchen with running water would have helped in washing our plates after eating. Some ceiling fan regulators were missing which made changing the speed of fans quite a challenge.
