Alpine City Place

The staff was very friendly and communicated well. The room was clean and we had a wonderful stay!

Unique facility, staff, good towels ,good a/c

No 24 hr desk, need towel rack in bath, would like body wash versus hand soap

Great communication through messaging. They send us the code to the main door and to the room and it was a breeze to get in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again

What was failed to mention is the hotel is located directly above a bar with live music. Once in the room, there are ear plugs available but no refunds offered due to the noise.

Location was awesome with lots of local mom n pops business's n the value for my buck

Stair case because I did not know y'all didn't have an elevator. My mother in law along with myself have difficulties with stairs

This is not a hotel for the following reasons. Hotels have front desk and give keys, not an outside number texting you with two codes to access the hotel and the room. There was no elevator, two flights of stairs so travel light because noone will help you get your things to the second floor because there is no one there!. No amenities in the room. Very youth hostel like. Hardwood floors everywhere so prepare to use those earplugs that are in the common area..there was nothing in the place to soak up noise. This is a hostel. There are no amenities in the room. There is a common room with 1 coffee maker and 1 refrigerator for all the rooms. It said that it has a restaurant and bar and it does not .it's a bar half block away and there are other reviews that said the 10% discount is a lie. We don't know. Also there is no pool..the free parking is in the street.
