Alpine City Place

It was a contactless check in, it was a new experience for me but it went well

I wish there were an ice machine. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Those were minor. I did sleep great!

Prime location

AC was freezing cold when we arrived.

More explanatory directions to exterior access. AC could have been quieter.

The room we stayed in was a bit smaller than what i like but don't let that deter you. The room was the perfect temperature, had two very comfortable beds, a smart tv with Roku, a clean bathroom and very little ambient noise. All with a beautiful rustic decor. Check in and check out were as simple as it gets. The location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property is centrally located in Alpine which makes it easy to walk to many places. It's about 90 minutes from Big Bend National Park which makes it an ideal place to stay while enjoying the beauty of the park.

Everything was done without any human contact such as checking in and checking out, but some people might prefer this. The room walls are very thin, and I could hear entire conversations in the neighboring room which were being conducted at a normal volume.

Very comfortable bed and neat place to stay! No elevator was the only hard thing about luggage.

Nice location, parking wasn’t actually that far away from building. Very nice looking rooms. Walking distance to several shops in area.

Front door was left open regularly. Floors need to be swept and mopped seemingly more often, especially under the beds. Ceiling did have a leak during a storm

It was in walking distance of bank, ice cream, and grocery store. This area is what a small town looks like. It's a no frills historical type of area downtown. I did like the keyless entry.

Website was misleading. No elevator, no signage to indicate this is actually a hotel, no front desk, no Kleenex in room, no microwave or cooler in room, and no place to hang up your clothes. This was just a room to rent. Change the name.

The place is nice and quaint but our air conditioning unit was loud; no chair to sit on but the bed; no hair dryer; we could hear the nextdoor occupants conversations and noises; and we could hear the traffic noise in the area. Needs more insulation for sound barrier. Also, it’s a good idea to put sets of earplugs IN THE ROOM not in the general area because we did not find any in the GA. The keyless entry system was good but the main door could potentially be left open if someone does not take the time to keep it shut. Parking was inconvenient. Otherwise, the restaurant food was good and the staff was very accommodating.
