"Bed bugs at prime guest house"

I was not happy with my experience, the staff was rude, the room was cold and the bed had bed bugs and

There's was no receptionist to help me out with more blankets. The bed had bed bugs, and I was bitten by the bugs and had a spend money to go wash my hair, there wasn't electricity and when I asked about any means of supplying electricity e.g generator, I was told that I should go charge at the mall or else where.

Felt like a place where people go for a one night stand. Reception greets you in their pajamas. Broken mirror in shower.
