Rooms are clean and the hostes were friendly

Noting, everything was terrible I had to check out way before my check out time

Firstly I'll start off with the staff, they were no where to be.found when you needed assistance with something, there were no remotes in the room and therefore the channels couldn't be changed when my partner went out to look for someone to assist us, he spend nearly 5 minutes trying to find someone. The room was extremely filthy, does not look like it has been cleaned for a really long time. The bed sheets and linen was very dirty, we found strands of hair and food particles when we opened the sheets, The chair that was in the room was filled with crumbs and dirt. The tiles in the shower was broken and chipped. The bathroom smelled of strong pee. We only had a tiny piece of sunlight soap in the bathroom. The walls in the entire room was cracked. We found old condoms and packets inside and ontop of the wardrobe. The floor was really filthy. Everything about this place was Terrible
