Amazing place and people, we had the best time ! Great beds, decorations, service, breakfast and amenities.

Nothing went well. Dreadful experience as to what was supposed to be a marvelous experience.

Staff were rude and badly mannered, room had a smell of mould, facilities and amenities were not put available to us or explained.

The hotel is situated at the sea front. We stayed at the pool villa but all the views were covered with trees. So, there was no sea view from the villa after paying £250 per night. The beach is down the seps from the room and it has the perfect view of other islands such as Hong Island.

The hotel has all the facilities but it is a bit run down. The bedside tables and dressing tables have spots (not sure if it was not cleaned properly or cannot be cleaned). There are mosquitoes in the room which kept us up and the air conditioning was noisy and not working to potential levels. The wastes from different resorts along the beach are disposed into the sea. The buffet breakfast is ok. The spa has no sea view and is stuck inside. The massage staff was not as gentle as it could be for the price of THB 2500. She moved my hair out of the way when she was about to massage my back, when this could have been part of the preparation process. I feel their hygiene could have been improved with the price they ask because other massage are available with THB600 down the road (5 minutes walk). The service (comfort/ explanation and post-massage) experience are much better elsewhere (such as Let’s Relax) for the same price.

Great staff, clean rooms with plenty of water and strong air conditioning. Beautiful location with sweeping views of the bay.
