The instructions on how to get into the caravan were clear, and we got in without any issues. I like the toilets and the kitchen facilities are there.

The caravan was not properly cleaned. The living room carpets were dirty, and the microwave was not cleaned. One of the room's wardrobe was locked, and my daughter had no place to hang her clothes. I had to call the owner to complain about these issues. Although the caravan was advertised as without WIFI, the Internet network in the area was bad. As a result, we didn't have Internet throughout our 4-day stay. My kid did not use their tablets to play games, and we didn't watch TV. It was one of the worst holiday experiences I've had.

Lovely last minute family break for us in Poole. Perfect spot for beaches and local attractions. The caravan had everything we needed in it, very homely and very comfortable. Fantastic customer service, Karina is a brilliant host, going the extra mile to message us to make sure we are having a nice holiday. Simple check in and check out. Minutes walk away from small site beach, with little cafe and water sports. Great site to stay at, you have the option of using the facilities ( passes can be purchased at reception - 10 pounds an adult and 5 pounds a child on a daily rate. Weekly rates are also available). This allows you access to the indoor and outdoor pools ( indoor pools often have to be booked way in advance, however you have the option of waiting on the hour every hour for an on the spot availability and you often get in). The passes also allow access to the club house that has pretty good evening entertainment. Overall a lovely little break with the family, I would highly recommend. We would definitely visit again.

Great communication with host

Very well equipped caravan. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Toys for the children. Very clean.

It was good that towels were provided etc for the bathrooms. Beds all made too. All clean and tidy.

That the door out of the caravan had a massive dip in it so we had to make sure we didn't step on it. The oven didn't seem to work, after an hour it still wasn't hot enough not sure if the owner is aware of this, also one hob wasn't working either.

A nice short break away, the location is great for exploring Dorset. Booking a private caravan is cheaper than with the entertainment of the holiday park as our kids being older were not interested in attending but could still make use of the outdoor pitches. It's great that towels and bedding are included in the price. The caravan was well stocked with enough plates, mugs cutlery, etc. The hosts were friendly and responsive.
