Casa molto accogliente e posizione perfetta per girare con l’ausilio di qualche mezzo. Lo staff sempre disponibile pronto a sistemare subito qualche problema riscontrato.

Alcune cose erano differenti da quanto dichiaravano sull’annuncio e la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare.

When I booked this apartment, I already had several concerns based on the reviews. I contacted the property owner multiple times to ask whether the issues mentioned by previous guests had been resolved. However, the owner never provided clear or reassuring answers. Even when I asked about very specific problems mentioned in the reviews, he only replied with vague and generic statements, claiming that everything had already been fixed or was being addressed. I repeatedly asked him to ensure that everything would be in proper condition upon my arrival,clean sheets, a pleasant smell in the apartment, everything working, and all past issues resolved. He assured me that everything would be fine. When we arrived in Budapest in the afternoon, already after the check-in time, the owner told us the key would be inside a lockbox next to the door. We looked for it, but the only lockbox we found was not the correct one. I contacted the owner again, and only after a long exchange did we discover that the lockbox was inside the mailbox and that it had been broken open and the key stolen. I continued to communicate with the owner, who said he didn’t know what had happened and that he would send someone to replace the door lock. At that point we told him we were freezing outside, had already been waiting for 40 minutes, and needed to enter the apartment. He then said he would send his assistant. When we asked how long she would take to arrive, he said he hoped she wouldn’t take 40 minutes. By then we had been waiting for an hour and were understandably upset. We told him that if she didn’t arrive within 15 minutes, we would leave and resolve the issue through Booking.com. Under this pressure, the assistant arrived as quickly as possible. We went upstairs, and she tried to open the door but was unsuccessful. She attempted to open it for about 15 minutes.

Vorhandene Mikrowelle, Lage.

- Gestank - Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. - Keine frische Bettwäsche - Keine Privatsphäre, da es einen direkten Zugang zum anderen Apartment gibt. - Kein Licht im Treppenhaus. - Apartmentnummer nicht vorhanden —> lange Suche. - Bett bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. - Unhygienisches Sofa/ Kissen. - Im Badezimmer ausgesprochen unhygienische Zustände. (Geruch, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, …)

Lage, Sauberkeit Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis und Ruhe

Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben, im dritten Stockwerk. Man muss 112 Stufen raufgehen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Für alte Menschen ist das sehr anstrengend. Das hat uns selbstverständlich nicht gefallen. Außerdem muss die Verwaltung der Wohnung besser erklären, wo sich der Wohnungsschlüssel befindet. Ein Bild hätte besser geholfen.

Good location

Everyday we were coming back the apartment stunk,the odor was coming from the bathroom,also the apartment had a smell of sewage.Also in the bathroom there is a door that connects with another room,that raises some safety concerns.The towels also had a weird smell.Stayed there 10 days,no sheets were changed.No extra trash bags.Do not recommend
