Staff are welcoming on arrival and helped us out with local drivers. One of our towels was dirty but they changed it straight away. The room was nice but the drainage in the shower wasn’t great and mosquitoes were in the room. Breakfast was the highlight!

Friendly staff.

I was disappointed. The water features were not functioning. It would have been nice to see and listen to the sound of the water falling by the dining area.

Location is good. Clean.

No towels in the room; I have to ask 3x. One time ask for towels again and damp wet.Phone not working, safe not working, have to use the key.

Pool and breakfast. Staff were responsive.

1st room we were put in had an aircon not working, complained and the staff moved us to another room. The other room had bedsheets stained with blood and other unexplainable marks. 3 of the 4 towels were also stained and replacement towels provided also had stains on them, when informed the staff they mentioned we just make the beds not change the linen! Mattress was like sleeping on concrete. Both rooms had shower areas that flooded.

Breakfast provided and laundry services were good.

Property listing included refrigerator in room, but there were no refrigerator in both rooms. One room was missing a hair dryer. No cleaning was done in either rooms in all 3 days we stayed. Upon request to change sheets, staff changed the sheets in my room but handed my friend in the other room the set of sheets instead of changing it himself. One room had hot water for the whole stay, while the other only had hot water for the first night.
