The staff were nice. Very friendly!

I expected the water features to be working. but sadly, both waterfalls and the pond weren't functioning during our visit.

Small rooms, could improve cleaning. In 1 month staying in the Philippines we never had bugs in the room. In this hotel 3 different times. Staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Breakfast options were honestly limited and quality of the food was bad

The breakfast buffet were nice. Every morning, we let the staff clean our room while we are away.

There is a renovation going on near the pool, which makes the pool not so clean. But I think, once the renovation is done, this will make the experience of future guest more wonderful. In addition, our van going to the airport is late, we are almost late in our flight.

Pool was unavailable for maintenance 2 out of 3 days.

The pool was often empty, and could enjoy some relaxing time there. Also, the hotel offers to book some standard tours which can be quite convenient. Finally, the hotel is 20 mins walking from Coron City center, which is nice.

The room was quite small, there was a strong smell of detergents. The bathroom is really small, and presents some stains. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and offers to order food for above-average prices.

Your advertisement was deceitful and false. The room is full of bugs, ants and mold. The sink clogged. I had to pay double for another suitable and comfortable hotel due to your very deceiving advertisement.

Bugs ants mold etc, photos will be provided when I send my complaint to other party if I do not receive my reasonable and fair refund

The location was OK, less than 5 min with the trcycle to town. The staff was friendly, breakfast was decent

The room was not very clean in particular the shower looked quite dirty. The room was opposite of the reception area so all other guests could look into our room if the curtains werent closed.
