I had a great time staying in this place with my parents, very spacious room with complete amenities, the staff are very kind and accomodating, despite the bad weather we did not have any issues like power outage and wifi signals, the breakfast buffet is the best, we manage to take a dip in the pool on our last night and the pool is clean, all of our your schedules are accompanied by the staff so we get to them smoothly Special thanks to the FNB staff Rawi and Tin Tin and all the staff in the kitchen the dining area and the hotel services crew. Thanks to the FO assistance by Melo and Ellen. Highly recommended place to stay in Coron worth every penny

Staff was nice and accommodating, although one time we were not informed when our tour guide came to pick us up and asked for us in the reception, so we ended up late. Overall staff was friendly and helpful and affected our stay only in a good way.

First of all our room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. There was no fridge in the room (we got it on 2nd day after requesting it couple of times).Phone in the room was not working. Shower has no door or curtain, just glass wall going half way through, so the water goes everywhere. In 6 nights toilet got clogged 3 times, couple of days there were no hot water and one evening there was no water at all. Restaurant was working only occasionally, not every day (bar was open every evening though). In the bathroom there was a lot of bugs, one day there was worm in the shower as well. Maybe issues were only in our room, but overall stay here was disappointing and i would not recommend it.

Loved the location. Close and very accessible to the town proper but in a quiet area. Has a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast buffet. Stayed for 4 nights and each day it was different. Staff accommodated my special request for my son with autism. I needed the doorknob fixed and it was immediately done. Instagrammable design of the hotel with a pool which is a big plus if you have kids. Most rooms doesn't need stairs to get to.

The property is located outside the busy town. It is quite and laid back.
