Smooth check in, lovely host, great breakfast in a nearby cafe, excellent location.

The room is so big and spacious, the bathroom also, there is a balcony too. The common space is very accommodating, you can prepare food and all the condiments are available. We asked for an iron, and is was brought to us in record time. we needed an early check in and they were happy to help. The breakfast in the nearby coffee shop was delicious. Very happy with our stay there.

It is very close to center and the bus station. It's .many supermarkets around, many restaurants.

We didn’t have breakfast. Staff said it was open at 6. But it didn’t.

my stay at the property was pleasant, the bed was large and comfortable and the room was clean. There is a fridge in the room and coffee maker and kettle in the common area. Instead of breakfast, with a voucher you could get a drink and a snack from the nearby cafe which was useful. The property is located right by a metro station. I would also like to mention that I forgot to pay the amount of the city taxes (4 euros) before my departure and the owner's reaction was very kind as he didn't claime them afterwards. I will definitely choose the same accommodation on a maybe future visit to Catania.

Without the owner's help and what's up instructions, we would not have found the apartment, even though the taxi dropped us off at the exact address. The entrance to the apartment is complicated, the first impression is not good (iron door, front door, the look of the building), although the apartment is in fact comfortable and pleasant.
