La Villa Heritage - TIE Hotels

We are not stayed in this property because it was over booked the time when we reached these property, even though the advance amount we paid, So finally they diverted to stay in another property. It's Le poshe situated near Auroville beach, it was nice and peaceful with decent car parking.

No good Clarity in taking bookings.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The neighbour was so arrogant and rude and he pushed the cleaner lady who works for the hotel because our car was parked in front of the gate not even in his property but in front of our hotel. We were staying there and couldn’t not resist his behaviour of him pushing a woman and using filthy language so we intervened. He was absolutely ridiculous with his language and did not act his age. His violence was completely overwhelming and new for us. We were so close in calling a police on him.

The rooms were good and very clean. It’s near the highway and perfect for families. Most importantly, it’s pet-friendly. The staff were very nice.

Very very very small room. Nothing likable

Room size. Room cleanliness.

Its not a 1bhk entire home. Please consider before bookinv this property if u want privacy during your stay

Really great place to stay at. Was hesitant as several air bnb type places scam you but this place turned out to be absolutely exceptional. The interiors are gorgeous and homely. the staff were very friendly and sweet. We were a group of 10 and didn’t face difficulties much. Worth the money for sure.

Maintenance issues related to AC and plumbing were there but easily rectifiable

AC was not working after we came back to the stay, staff checked on it but it was not fixed. We had to adjust without proper AC even after paying for AC
