The staff were very polite and sweet. The place was maintained well and kept clean for us during the time of check in

The property is good but the manager was absolutely unprofessional. We had booked the property for 1 night and the day of our check in the previous guests were allowed to use the common bathroom and space for almost 2 hours in the evening when we had checked in in the afternoon itself. On comparing to the manager she responded very rudely and had no respect for the guests and even said do whatever you can over the call. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional attitude and behaviour of that person made it an unpleasant experience for all of us and we were a family of 12 and the staff had to apologise to us for the events.
