Cosy retreat in beautiful Cornwall

It really was a cosy retreat. A home away from home. The host was very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit hard to find. Google maps wasn't accurate.

It was easy to collect the keys, would had been easier if I were sent photos to show exactly where I needed as ones sent were broken and never worked.

Bed was very uncomfortable, microwave was dirty inside on to top part

Peaceful location, good walking distance to town

The bed was noisy (creeky) didn't sleep all weekend, mattress was good but bed was awful, small curtain in lounge was on floor when arrived broken. Bathroom was very small, tidy but not clean(hairs in sink and tiles and on floor) think cleaner used same cloth that toilet was cleaned with. Burn marks on rug in kitchen.. when arrived it would have when nice for all the cobwebs around front door to have been wiped away . Rubbish bins outside over flowing very smelly, parking was not assign, picture never came to where to park even though requested.

I was quite surprised how spacious the apartment was for the money. It was very quiet which I wanted and was comfortable.

No fault of the owners but to get on the road the apartment was on, you would need to find a place to turn the car around as the road leading to it was closed. The only other fault was the main TV didn't work but the one in the bedroom did.

Very quiet location with superb views. The room was clean and comfortable and provided facilities to make something to eat after a day's work. The host was fantastic and very accommodating when I asked to stay and extra night. I would highly recommend to stay here and shall be staying again myself when I'm back down on business.
