Cosy retreat in beautiful Cornwall

Big tv. Perfect for the evening european Championship game. Everything as it was written in the prescribtion.

The kettle was a little bit nasty everything else was very clean.

Brilliant property. Well equipped. Great directions provided to find the place. Owner was great over the phone, with a few hours notice for me to book it.

All you needed for 1 night and more! Great location and access for town.

Value for money to get a whole apartment for what we paid. There is a separate living room and kitchen/dining area. The host was extra welcoming and very approachable. Sent us messages to check we were settled in okay and assured us that we could phone them.

The parking provided was awkward, because someone else was staying in the same building and also needed parking. The flat was not as clean as it could've been (not bad, but not as clean as described by others, which might be because we were a last minute booking). The wifi was really bad and we couldn't use the streaming services on the TVs. It is worth saying that this might just be our personal experience.

Really convenient location for what we wanted - easy to leave car and use bus and to walk to supermarket / restaurants. All very clean. Chris was incredibly helpful with any issues we faced and the advice in advance was very useful (e.g. where to eat).

We missed the detail that this place only had a kitchenette with microwave. Hence we felt that for the price it was a little expensive (without the ability to cook usual meals on at least hob). A few items didn't feel as comfy as hoped: bed, sofa and room temp: unfortunately it was very wet during the stays and so difficult to get warm / dry clothes with a single radiator. Would recommend sofa throws and towel rail.

We booked late in the evening after 8pm so we understand why the heating would not have had time to warm up the place, but honestly one heater in the bedroom was totally insufficinet to heat the flat. It's all very lovely to have a nice sitting room with huge TV if it is simply too freezing to sit in it - the kitchen was freezing, the shower room was freezing so we both got into bed fully clothed and by the morning the bedroom was warm but woe betide if you opened the bedroom door or had a pee in the night.

Location was awful and very difficult to drive to and park

The property was damp and fawsty , as soon as I entered I could smell the damp. The heating was useless and I could only use the bedroom, keeping the door shut to try and warm it up. There was no ventilation, no fan in the bathroom or kitchen. There is no radiator in the kitchen breakfast area and a cat flap in the door , making it very cold.
