Westpointe Drive Apartments by Landing

The property is located in a great area close to HEB and places to eat. We had a great place to park, and the apartment was easy to get to. Overall, it looked neat and clean, but the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot on the floor, my daughter's feet were filthy. The outside of the washing machine was dusty, and the lint filter in the dryer was full. The dishes did not seem to be thoroughly clean either. There were a couple of light bulbs that they should have changed. There was one out over the bar and another in the living room ceiling fan. The amenities were good to have, such as the washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, and dishes. The pool looked good as we had a view of the pool area from our apartment. We unfortunately did not get around to getting in the pool. It was crowded most of the time that we would have wanted to get in. Overall, it was a nice stay for my family, but I feel like whoever does the cleaning needs to do a better job.

The dryer didn't work and no paper towels. contacted the management about the problem the day we checked in and got the response "will fix next day". but nobody showed up until we left.

The Apt is great and location was great for everything we wanted do. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and the pool was clean and very nice to be in. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Easy to find. Safe for solo business travelers. Property is well maintained, nice amenities.

The property was beautiful . The amenities the household furniture and kitchen cookware and supplies were nice . My grandkids and I loved staying at Mission Hills .

The first unit was utterly disgusting. The sheets were filthy, and the fridge was filled with dead bugs. It was a horrifying and unpleasant experience. The second unit we were moved to was not much better. The sheets had small stains that we decided to ignore since it was already late and we didn’t want to move again. However, when we went to hang our clothes, we discovered that no hangers were provided. To make matters worse, the place smelled like cigarettes. We went to the balcony and found four cigarette buds. To top it all off, the towels were wet and stained. They were absolutely awful. Additionally, there was no information about the pool. I had to call to get access just to be able to enter, which should have been provided from the very beginning. After sending multiple emails and messages, no one seemed to care about our complaints. We had to go buy towels from HEB just to shower.

Stay was very comfortable. Definitely beats a hotel

It was wonderful! It was quiet. Very clean, and we loved the pool! The only hardship was climbing those 3 flights of stairs, but I already k ew there was no elevator. Thank you again. We will return!

Great apartment. Very safe area. Fine for a single woman. Clean. Everything I needed was provided. Soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags. Beds are a bit older spring mattresses so a little worn but comfortable. My only complaint is that the sheets aren’t cotton so not breathable. I’d bring my own sheets next time. Everything else was great.
