Westpointe Drive Apartments by Landing

The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the checking in procedure which was extremely difficult. I had not received any check-in instructions via email and thought that it would be available when we arrived but it took us a long time via phone calls which luckily my husband was able to make on his Australian phone before we could check in. This was not great after having traveled for well over 24 hours to get there.

The room was clean and pretty. Inwas able to make contact with someone at all times to ask questions. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Didn't like we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The apartment was nice but the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom floor looked durty. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The towels looked dingy and one of them had a dark stain. There was no WiFi available, communicated with someone about it but issue was not resolved.

This was a great place and perfect for our family of 4. One main issue we had (really the only thing) is there are no curtains in the bedrooms. It would be sooo nice if they added curtains to block out the morning light. Also, could use some updated sheets, the ones on our bed were pilling pretty bad. Other that those 2 things, it was a great stay and we hope to be back!

Wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zu verbessern wäre einzig die Info zum WiFi könnte in der Wohnung hinterlegt sein, als auch die Codes um die durch die Türen auf das Gelände und den Pool zu kommen. Man muss 2 Tage zuvor ein Formular ausfüllen und die Identität bestätigen,dann erhält man die Zugangsdaten. Leider hatte mein Telefon kein mobiles Internet. Das machte es etwas kompliziert.

Great communication, clean and safe!

Quiet location and close to HEB and shopping. Perfect for solo business traveler.

When we first arrived the sink and dishwasher were totally clogged and they gave us the wrong information for the wifi so we couldn’t even use that. Hard to believe whoever cleaned the unit didn’t realize as it was completely unusable. Poor communication from management. BOTH pools were shut down at the same time for the week that we stayed without notice. This was the main reason we chose this property as we were traveling with two small children. No one apologized or texted me back when I asked for compensation. No one texted me back when I asked for contact information for a manager either. Furthermore, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear neighbors. If you stay in building 12, be prepared to hear the domestic violence and cussing and screaming going on at all hours of the night from upstairs neighbors. Didn’t feel safe. Would have given 3 stars if management actually cared about and addressed our concerns.

The level of cleanliness was honestly embarrassing for the owners. I would recommend they fire their housekeeper and find a new one. Before entering the apartment, there was already a trash can with cans in it. Inside wasn’t better. With chips in the seat cushions, visible debris on the floor as if no sweeping had been done prior to our arrival, and the bathroom cabinets hadn’t been wiped clean from the previous tenants body hair. We even found a dirty paper towel IN the bedsheets! it was honestly difficult to get into the place as well, check in was a hassle and even with advanced communication the person of contact was not reachable for help during her office hours. We were not given entry codes to the gated driveway system, or pool, or wifi network and password info for that matter! Every time you need to communicate with someone you are sent to an automated answering machine where you have to wait 30 minutes to get the help you need. The price was great, and I think it would be ideal for those looking at long term rental by the week or month.
