This property was perfect for our needs - a 10 minute drive from the tennis camp my son and his friend attended. The layout of the apartment was perfect and there was sufficient storage and space to spread out. The only criticism is the complete lack of cleaning products, including dishwashing soap, sponges, a drying rack ( for hand-washed pots and pans etc). Also absolutely no cooking basics as well as poor quality pots and pans. But it was not promised- just things that would have been on my wishlist!

Still waiting for the manager to call me about my experience with checking in. Asked for a handincap room and they came gave me a third floor once I called they told me that it was the only rooms they had were on the third floor. The room wasn’t ready when I got to the hotel. Had to change rooms because I couldn’t get in to the first one, the second room was also not ready it cleaned but empty didn’t have toilet paper, paper towel or any essentials They also to me it was the last room and that they will deliver the stuff in the morning. Ask for the manager to call and they never called. Gate only worked sometimes.

The property doesn’t provide any free local channels or any subscribed channels, such as Netflix or Showtime! You have to bring your own codes and have already subscriptions to provide any of the service. Getting access to other areas such as the weight room, the pool are not mentioned in the check-in process and you have to call them to get a code which they should have when they give you a code access to the front gate where you drive your car in. When you do finally call and get a live person, they kinda give you a song and dance routine until you finally tell them this is what you want and then they finally get it for you However, the property is very nice very comfortable quiet

The apartment was great. Nice and clean with much more room than a hotel. The complex was quiet, and there were stores and restaurants in the area. It was a third floor apartment though with no elevator so if you cannot climb the you may want to reach out to see if they have a ground floor unit.

Firstly, there was no WiFi for the duration of my stay which started off the weekend very poorly as I was in town for business. When calling, they assured that they could not do anything and they would contact the property manager in the morning. The next day, prior to leaving for the majority of the day, I called to make sure they were aware that the issue was still persisting and they had stated they are working to fix the issue as the apartment manager was not answering their calls. After returning in the early evening, the issue was still persisting so I asked to leave early and receive a partial refund as I needed to have access to WiFi to continue my work and the property was not as advertised. After speaking with many people and having to explain my situation over and over again, I got the call hung up in my face. I am still trying to receive the partial refund but I do not recommend staying here at all. Also. the bathtub had mold around the edges.

Didn’t stay. When arrived and climbed stairs to 3 rd floor which was not advised in any documentation until after reservation was completed I found the apartment had not been cleaned since previously occupied. It was a mess with food and drink items everywhere, dirty dishes/glassware/silverware, everywhere, dirty towels strewn about, bathroom a mess, bedding/bedroom strewn about- hideous. I took video but not photos.
