Hello. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 4 children. Very good location. The air conditioner saved us from the heat. The children played with the toys. Everything was great, thank you!

There were no parking spaces near the apartment. To enter the underground parking, you first had to go inside the apartment and take the parking key, so we had to stop in the middle of the road. The same happened when leaving — we had to return to the apartment to leave the key. (It would be better if the parking access worked with a code, like the entrance door — this would make parking much easier.)

Windows were very dirty and there were few spots with spider web filled with flies.There is no knife for cutting bread,no small cups for espresso coffee to go along with espresso machine.

-remote to underground garage was not working -apartment was not ready (cleaning service came later to finish the job) -it's managed by company and I didn't like their formal tones, standard messages, etc. I asked about how to get to underground garage, got answer that this info will be shared later with check-in instruction, but it wasn't. I needed to ask again. When I called them first time there was info that all consultants are busy...

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione centrale, molto comoda per muoversi in città. Il parcheggio gratuito nel garage è un grande vantaggio, garantendo sicurezza e praticità. Gli spazi sono completi e funzionali.

Scarsa pulizia. Un solo asciugamano a testa per la doccia (tre giorni) e soprattutto un solo asciugamano in 5 per tre giorni per le mani. Mezzo rotolo di carta igienica.

Amazing apartment, great location and the staff (even though you never saw them as all communication was through the app) were so helpful when I had any queries.

The apartment is located in an excellent location so it was not necessary to use public transport to visit all the important sights. It is well equipped with all household appliances. The cleanliness was at a high level. Free parking in the garage is also available. The staff was very approachable and friendly via Booking chat.
