Good location, comfortable rooms, cafe in the building, free parking spot in the garage.

We paid €40 for cleaning, but the apartment was not clean — it was dusty and dirty. The only thing that seemed to have been changed was the bed linen. There was also a shortage of towels; we had only one large towel and one small bathroom mat. Additionally, there was not enough toilet paper. The humidity in the apartment is very noticeable and could be a problem for people with allergies or asthma. There was no iron, and the hallway light wasn’t working in front of the rooms.

Had to wait until 3.00 o'clock to check in I phoned at 1030 in the morning they said they were cleaning apartment rang again at 2.00 said they were cleaning the apartment if the apartment is ready they should let you check-in early also person on the phone seemed grumpy

Very nice apartment. Has a parking space in the building, on level -2. The apartment is extremely well equipped. Near the building there is a metro station, several restaurants, shops and a gas station.

The apartment was big and in a great location, close to restaurants, transport, and main attractions. Very convenient!

The apartment was unfortunately not as clean as we expected. We found chips on the floor, sticky spots in the kitchen, and a large stain on the couch when we arrived. We emailed the host about the stain and were told the sofa needed a deep clean before our stay, but it was uncomfortable for us to sit on towels, especially as a group of four. Additionally, we were provided with only four body towels and no face towels or extras. Lastly, the apartment did not include shampoo or body wash, apart from a single small sample. These details made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.
