The location was superb

The smell of the property was disgusting, smells of smoke. Bedding was stained. No housekeeping, the ac didn’t work, shower was leaking through the walls into the room, stained my top and bag which was on the floor.

Nothing, the property owners were rude and we weren’t even able to enter the property. Listen to the reviews. This apartment is a SCAM. It has been reported to booking.com already. Seriously do not purchase. Even the phone number is a disconnected one and the shop below has no idea who owns the flat above.

The location is great. The check-in and check-out procedure is well organised, guests don't even have to meet the hotel staff, they just send the necessary information via the chargeautomation service and receive passwords and instructions.

The room was dirty. There were dark stains on a white towel and the bed linen didn't look fresh. There was also dust on the refrigerator and hairs in the shower. Yes, the price of accommodation is good for such a location, and I don't expect fancy furniture. But the place has to be clean, it is a matter of hygiene. The good news is that renovations are underway and cockroaches were mentioned in the reviews but not actually observed.

The check-in process was poorly automated, the instructions unclear. We had to wait 25 mins for the host to respond to messages to know which room was ours, as well as the proper check-in procedure. The phone number provided was useless, as it did not work, at all. We tried calling from different providers, from different phones, nothing worked. The room was dusty.

The remote registration system works well.

The condition of the premises is like in an old communal apartment. The toilet and shower room have a total area of less than 2 sq.m., there is no shower stall or curtain. Therefore, when you wash, the entire floor in the toilet is also wet, and the water around the toilet has nowhere to drain, since there is a drain only under the shower. You are given one large towel. There are no towels for hands or feet. No blankets either, there is only a duvet cover. There is not a single hook for clothes or towels in the room or in the shower. If you need an iron, then ask the builders who are renovating the neighboring premises to find one. There is only one hanger in the wardrobe, and it is cracked. You can clearly hear your neighbors through the doors, especially if they are rather loud.
