Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of RON 70 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

"We spend 3 days in dirtyness no 1 come to clean no stuff"

Nothing very dirty everthying is disater

Nothing very dirty i have never seen in entire life we mentioned that we need 2 single bed but in the Room doble bed single pillow 1 blanket there is no stuff member to ask for help we face difculties to manage the situation over i will give them -zero

The hotel's location and room price are really good. I had no problems with transportation.

The location of the hotel is very good. However, no cleaning service was provided during the 4 days of my stay. (toilet paper, trash can, linen change, television, etc.) The light in my bathroom was broken and I could not turn it off.

the location is ok is the only good thing I can say about this accommodation. The building is nice but wasted on this kind of setup.

check-in was a mess. the room was very noisy. The shower had no warm water. The whole bathroom is a joke. there is no way of calling staff. I only managed to access my room with the help of other guests. parking is not readily available.
