Terribly uncomfortable and small bed. Just a mattress without even a head board. Unit was not clean. Host left towels and linnen in dryer and demanded to leave another cycle running upon arrival. Extreme detergent smell in the unit. Others here mention the same. Very uninterested and unfriendly frontdesk staff that didn’t speak any other language than Slovak. Rude, defensive and even agressieve host when we raised our many concerns with her. Instead of apologizing she urged us to leave the unit because we complained too much and she even threatened with police to force us out!! You can’t make this up. We had exactly the same experience as another guest commented here in this section on Dec 4,2025 . So it’s a pattern. Booking was called by us to interfere. Host gave also confusing and incomplete info. Gave option of parking in mall. Got locked into mall until 2am in the morning in the cold with child when security guard finally came to our rescue. Host intentionally refuses to answer by phone. Only by WhatsApp so without data roaming on a foreign number you’ll have no communication in an emergency. When mall closes at 9pm you can’t get in or out the parking. Extremely expensive at 70€ a day. Stay away as far as you can from this unit and especially from the angry and rude host who has no business in the hospitality Industry!

Great location, amazing views. The apartment is new, very clean. I’d be happy to stay there again!

I travel a lot, both privately and for business, and I have stayed in hundreds of apartments around the world. Unfortunately, I have never experienced something as disappointing as this stay. The main issue was hygiene. The bedsheet that was on the bed when I arrived had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if it had not been changed after the previous guest. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation, especially one advertised as high-standard. When I politely informed the host, instead of a professional response, I received accusations, rude messages, and threats, which made the situation even worse. A guest should never be treated this way, especially when reporting a legitimate hygiene problem. I had to replace the sheet myself because the smell was unbearable. This is not the level of service, hospitality, or cleanliness that any traveler should encounter. I am a guest who always returns to good places with pleasure, but sadly, this was one of the worst experiences I have had, and I cannot recommend this apartment based on what I encountered.
