- easy check-in - big parking spot (under additional fee) - as a business traveller visiting company in the neighborhood unbeatable - place is nicely equipped, ok cleaned, got everything you need for few nights - ideal for 1-2 ppl

- getting invoice took a bit longer (week +); might be a good idea to automate the process a bit
