Thoughtfully laid out,great decor and furniture,very comfortable beds and brilliant shower.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location

Smelly on entrance thru front door. Stairs to front door seriously lacking any standard of decor. Bed uncomfortable. Carpets thread bare. Bathroom with mould and silicone missing. No tv remote in bedroom. Pull out bed in lounge not even in pillow height. Overall just a shabby, smelly under invested property.

Once we had gained access it was great. Confusion over the entry code. Lots of room, warm and cosy. Everything you need in the kitchen for making breakfast and keeping Prosecco cool! Great location to explore Bath.

parking as mostly resident permit parking. lucky to get one space overnight and cover hours to and from ‘free’ time

Entrance to the accommodation was extremely poor and off putting.Single bed needs new mattress and sofa bed uncomfortable in some areas

Great location - easy walk into town (there are hills though for anyone who might struggle with that). There is a handy Spar next door and some nice bars within easy walking distance. The property has an unsual, but cute layout. It was clean and tidy, with nice decor. The main bed was very comfy. There was a good hairdryer and the kitchen had everything you need. It was also lovely to have a balcony. The lock box was easy to use and access was simple.

Sadly, it was really cold. We put the heating on, but as its not on regularly, it was hard to get the flat warm. It's a typical old stone building, so it felt really cold throughout our stay. It also has a strange smell - not awful, just a constant musty smell - again, probably old pipes and walls. The shower was hot, but is very awkward to use - just takes a bit of getting used to!
