STARFISH LUXURY APARTMENT BEACH II

El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación. tiene parking seguro, justo para pasar la noche he y disfrutar de las áreas cercas. El anfitrión tiene excelente comunicación. Recomiendo que pongan un espejo de cuerpo completo para así uno verse al salir. También recomiendo y no es culpa del anfitrión es que los encargados de condominio, le den un mantenimiento al condominio como tal una buena pintura especialmente los aleros, limpieza , manejar lo que es las palomas. Y el área de la picina también necesita más mantenimiento.

It was clean Looked renovated

1) Location was very hard to find 2) Building deterioration- balcony roof leaking 3) Many small roaches 4) not enough kitchen pots and pans - need replacement , making impossible to cook 5) small cleaning supplies not provided 6) no dish clothes 7) no mop to wash floor 8) Black out Curtains needed to be added 9) no dish rack 10) dust pan needed replacement 11) need more thick blankets ( we were cold overnight ) 12) 2 rolls of toilette paper for 2 persons - for 5 night stay - we had to buy our own

Location was excellent.

We had trouble unlocking the gate on several occasions and luckily other residents helped us otherwise we would have been stuck. We could have done without the two large cockroaches in the apartment which we had to evict. The room was small but fine for a short stay, not much space for two large suitcases.

The bathroom and kitchen are decent. The location is close to airport, in a central area.

Although the interior pictures of the room are accurate; if you look at the right angle, they are VERY misleading. This is NOT a luxury Apartment, nor a luxury building.

The pool was great we were usually the only one in it room was clean well kept and well decorated located in a good spot 2 minutes to walk to the beach for the price I'd definitely stay again kitchen had dishes silverware dish detergent extra trashbags and a broom and duetpan mop ECT towels were supplied and extra sheets we brought out own so didn't use them but they were supplied ac was great plenty of room

Nothing bad to say for the money it was much better than expected

Location, location, location, it’s located on a very popular area one of important feature is that it have parking on the premises. With one of PR best bakery “España”, near by. Hot water all day on all faucets. Very well decorated, what it shows on the picture is what you get.

Well, starting at with the lockbox, we spend almost 1/2 hour trying to open it. The adm. is not very responsive. I text to ask for a wash cloth and they informed me that the staff was gone for the day and that they’ll take the next day. Also text about a window shade for the shower because people could peep from across the bathroom. And finally I also text about a floor mat from when you come out of the shower, from that point on all we got was crickets, until Monday morning to give instructions how to vacate the premises. They to exterminate the apartment, it did had roaches, the pigeons on the window seal by the bed are annoying specially at night time when all is quiet. The bed, the bed don’t go on a romantic trip the neighbors will know that you’re doing “Whoopi”. I left them a present on the bathroom. A toilet paper holder, I got tire of turning around to pick up from the toilet bowl. By the way end up buying my own wash cloth….
