The only good thing was the location

The owner called us the morning of our trip to tell us he had double booked our room and was putting us in a different room, which was nothing like the room in the pictures. The room we got had only one bed and a couch that had no sheets or blankets available for it. There were also ants crawling around the sink and hardly any water pressure in the kitchen sink. The toilet was hard to flush. It felt like a bait and switch.

The rooms were clean, tidy and easy to access. For our three day trip, it was a doable space, but would prefer a larger room. Wifi was also easy to connect to.

It was quite loud due to occupants in other rooms. The TV was not functional, but management did make us aware of this in advance and offered to address it, which we chose not worry about since we were only there for 3 days and out majority of the time. They were only one set of towels available with no way to restock. There was, however, a washer and dryer that could be used, but was coin-operated.

Easy to get to the beach from the place. Privat parking. The place is practical in terms of what it's got: kitchenette, some plates and glasses, table and a well working shower (you need to wait a bit for the warm water). Rather clean. Decent modern air con is a big plus. Overall quite alright place for couple of nights.

Checking in instructions were poor, getting the key was OK, although there are 3 keys and a clicker so they barely fit into the key box, hence it required some fiddling about to open it up. Finding the unit itself wasn't easy, instruction said to look for the "gate 3" but the building gates are not numbered. The key wasn't working for the nearest gate to the unit: the key would turn, but not open the lock, although it seemed to open most of the other gates. In the lefthand side building (if you are entering the parking gate) units marked as A (ex 101A ets), and in the righthand side building units are marked B. The unit you are after is 305D - no logic to the madness hence no idea how to find. Additionally the instructions provided were google translate screens from Spanish to English, hence I felt it was useless to try to call the owner. But should you intend to stay, have no fear as I've got you! The unit is in the building on the left from the parking entrance gate - the same one where all the key boxes are mounted. You can enter through the gate that's nearest to the parking entrance with the key or if the next door (in the middle of the building) is open it's even better. You'll need to head up to the 3d floor (ground floor =1st for those from Europe or UK:) if you are entering through the gate nearest to the parking gate, you would need to walk through sort of a labyrinth, aiming to get to the middle of the building - don't be alarmed when you see all of these closed gates, just look for the next staircase aiming to go up. Once you see a swimming pool, just head up the stairs. The unit is on the top floor, the door is facing the pool and has the number on it. Oh yes, the key to the pedestrian gate, next to the car entrance doesn't open it either so just use the clicker and walk in and out of the car gate. It was rather noisy in the area, especially from the car wash nearby.

Checking in and out was super easy. Instruction was clear on how to access the keys and leave them.

There is no elevator for the third floor. The water took a little longer to heat

The room is exactly as advertised, clean, and well put together.

More details on how to get to the unit would be helpful once on site. The bed could be more comfortable but if you’re vacationing in Puerto Rico don’t expect to be sleeping much anyways.

It was very secure, close to the beach, stores and restaurants

The kitchenware needs to be replaced and there wasn’t any washcloths

Close to everything Since they said booking over booked they said it won’t be a charge if we decide to get a smaller room since I had a 2 beds room first

U can hear the ppl next to u having sex, the club music, the conversations, ants crawling on the bedroom floor
