La ubicación.

El personal estaba la mayor parte del tiempo ausente. No pudimos desayunar ningún día en el alojamiento a pesar de que estaba incluido. Tampoco pudimos solicitar básicos como papel higiénico o gel. El baño olía bastante mal y la ducha no desaguaba bien.

The hosts are really nice people. They were friendly and able to help whenever I asked. The riad’s terrace is really pretty, and it’s lovely to sit there when the weather is nice. I arrived very late on the first night, so they took me to a nearby local restaurant that was still open. Due to some reasons, they couldn’t provide me with breakfast one morning, for which they apologized and didn’t charge me the city tax, which was more than the cost of breakfast. That was a very nice gesture.

For the price, it’s good, but there are some improvements that could make the riad better. Covers for the blankets would be nice, having a trash bin in the room would help, and the floors of the room and the area around the bed need better cleaning. For late-night check-ins, it would be better if someone could be present inside the riad, as waiting outside on the street at night isn’t a good idea. I hope the hosts will use these suggestions to further improve their riad. As advice to other guests, there is a narrow street close to the parking area that I would recommend avoiding late at night (after 12 a.m.). I was intimidated and forced to give a man money there. I reported this to the hosts, and they took immediate action, reassuring me that it was a one-time incident. They took me to the police station to file a report, and the police accompanied us back to the street to collect evidence. Mehdi, the host, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed with me for 2–3 hours and drove me to the police station. This incident was not the riad’s fault and seems to be more related to the actions of a few individuals. In general, it’s better to avoid walking alone on some streets after midnight. Despite this, the trip overall was enjoyable.

Hacía un poco de frío en la habitación

Los chicos son muy amables y han estado atentos a todo lo que hemos necesitado, nos ayudaron tambien con el traslado al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable

Struttura accogliente e host molto disponibili e cordiali. Ci siamo sentiti subito accolti e trattati come amici.

Bardzo mili właściciele. Dobre śniadania. Blisko można zaparkować samochód.

Nie polecam w zimie - ciemno i zimno. Pokoje na parterze nie mają normalnej łazienki, jest tylko toaleta na korytarzu i mały zlew w komórce z pralką i gratami. Woda zimna, zlew zatkany i leje się woda po podłodze. Na zdjęciach riad wygląda luksusowo, w rzeczywistości jest dużo gorzej. Materace strasznie twarde i słychać hałas z ulicy i reszty domu. Może w lecie tam jest lepiej i na wyższych kondygnacjach, bo tam chyba są łazienki.w pokojach.

Alles gab kaum etwas positives zu berichten

Fantastic. After our awful experience with the previous hotel we were at we needed to move and seek a refund. We found Riad Mamma online and decided to move. After some issues with several locals trying to hustle us for money to help find the property as it is down an alleyway near a busy street, Amane and Ahmed as well as the wonderful lady whom works there were superb. Amane and Ahmed saw off the gang whom continued to demand money and the lady prepared a meal for us midday due to the poor breakfast we had had previously. Ahmed took our case up 3 flights of stairs as we were in a room on the roof and connected us to the wifi which for the duration of the stay never dropped once. Amane arranged transport for us and the following morning due to an early start Ahmed got up early to arrange breakfast which was excellent. Each morning we had an excellent breakfast prepared for us by the lady whom worked there and was always happy and smiling and ensured we had the things we needed such as an additional blanket and toilet roles. Thoroughly recommend the hospitality and kindness of all 3 members of staff we met.

The only concern was the mob whom tried to hustle us for money but Amane and Ahmed saw them off and despite one of them again trying to hustle us later in the stay Amane was there again at the door to deal with matters.

Estaba en la Medina, pero muy lejos de la plaza

El Riad estaba un poco destrozado: adornos y puertas rotas, mil cosas por medio, limpieza del Riad regular, tampoco nos limpiaron el baño ni hicieron las camas, desayuno escaso y frío, la ducha salía el agua fría
